Populating The Contact_Seeking Tables

when does the book show us the right way to populate the tables that have composite keys, it jumps right from showing the tables to using them. I have been trying to find the best way to populate the new composite tables by selecting what I have in the my_contacts table but I have been unsuccessful.

Any suggestions?

Hi All,

I'm stuck on Page 22, I keep getting the error "Expected Identifier" after i have modified the ViewController.h file to release the memory. It's hard enough that the book is completely different from what I am trying to learn with, i hope someone else has done this and can help me through it.
