Has any come up with some of their own programming exercises that they would like to share with the forum?

What programming problems have you solved with your newfound programming skills since reading this book?

I'm still working through the book right now - in Chapter 7, but I have an idea of what I'd like to accomplish with Python once I get through this book.

Hi all.

I'm going to be really cheeky and suggest that additional exercises can be found in this book's "follow-up": Head First Python. It's forum is here: http://forums.oreill...d-first-python/ and more information about the book is here: http://shop.oreilly....636920003434.do - there's also a support page, here: http://python.itcarlow.ie/

If you'd like to learn a little about web development, cloud development (on App Engine), and some simple Android app development, then Head First Python is worth a look. (My view is heavily biased, of course).

As I said, I'm being really cheeky. :-)

Regards.
