[size="5"]I install SDK successfully

But when I run the command in P264 as following:

D:\adt\adt\sdk\palyform-tools>adb push mydroidtest.py \sdcard\s14a\scripts

it gives the message: 'mydroidtest.py': No such file or directory

But I put the file 'mydroidtest.py' under the directory of 'D:\adt\adt\sdk\palyform-tools\'

I have been tried for so many times and I search the web but cannot still figure it out.

My os is win7

Your slashes are the wrong way: Your command should read:

D:\adt\adt\sdk\palyform-tools>adb push mydroidtest.py /sdcard/s14a/scripts

Note the /sdcard/ device is on the Android phone (or emulator), but not your computer. Hence the error.

The correct slashes are shown at the bottom of page 264, and is discussed further here: http://forums.oreill...__1#entry114199 and here: http://forums.oreill...__1#entry112150 and here: http://forums.oreill...__1#entry112033

Hope this helps.

Make sure the mydroidtest.py file is in the folder/directory you are operating within. To check, type
dir /w
at the Windows command prompt, then make sure you see the filename in those listed. If it isn't there, copy it in, then try again.
