when does the book show us the right way to populate the tables that have composite keys, it jumps right from showing the tables to using them. I have been trying to find the best way to populate the new composite tables by selecting what I have in the my_contacts table but I have been unsuccessful.

Any suggestions?

I made all of the tables and populated them, if anyone wants them let me know.
