Where Do I Find The Download Files To Work With? Chapter I - Red Lantern Design

I cannot find the HTML for the unfinished Red Lantern webpage - the one with the blind text. On page 34 one is asked to edit the text but my downloaded version already got the sannable text. Where do I find the working files? (Am German, maybe I understood something wrong, sorry for any inconvenience).
