Can you please kindly put the sample code of 2ed chapter 12 for me? Chapter 12 is really confusing and hard to understand. I think something is missing and I was not able to get it working at all. I really like the book so far and I was hoping to understand this chapter, just in case I need it in the future.
Also, I've checked on your forum and there is no sample code for this chapter.
