Transform A Form Object

I have a very very simple login screen....just a background with Form that contains a UserName, Password, and submit button.
What I want to do is load the page....then in a second or so show the controls above sort of float in from a corner or something. Maybe transform them across the page?

Not sure how to do this or where to start...ideas? Can I transform the whole "Form"? Or do I have to do this individually with each control in the form object?
