Problem With Adding New Customer In Chapter 9

Hi,
there is a problem with adding a new customer. if we click add button primary activity ComboBox and primary Destination Combo Box show primary activity and primary destination of last selected customer. i have added 2 ComboBox just like secondary activity and secondary destination ComboBox . now when i add a new customer the comboboxe are empty but i cant save this new Customer.
