Missing Files, Chapter 11 Chapter 11/12 Starbuzz HeaderLogo/HeaderSlogan

Okay, another one. Page 525. As I posted in another topic, the files for Chapter 11 seem to be in the Chapter 12 folder in the download section. However, "headerlogo.gif" is there, but it is not the same image. Its name is also "headerLogo.gif" in the book, and in the downloaded files it's headerlogo.gif. There is no second image headerSlogan.gif anywhere.

Again, the files that you download for Chapter 11 only include the "Lounge" files. There are no files for Starbuzz.
