Has Anyone Tried Out Davinci? Question about dev tools

I recently heard of a dev tool called "DaVinci Studio"...it's similar to Sencha Touch but completely based on HTML5 and has a jQuery framework... Seems like it offers a lot of functions and features that Sencha doesn't, but I haven't tried it out yet. Has anyone tested it or have any opinions on it?
