i can't figure out some numbers in this page

1) $1440, 2160 - 360 not equal to this, how to get it?
2) how to find $8000 and 2000 respectively

hi all,

i fig out the 2nd answer, but not the first question

2160 - 360 = 1800, not 1440
if 1800 is correct, the potential saving should be 200, not 600

any help, thanks.
