I'm new here
I have created a php page that connects to mysql db(in localhost) and works correctly.
now I want to buy a domain. there are some questions in my mind
I want the db to be in my pc and the php pages connect to it remotely. and also I want my pc to work always as a server.I have a server program running in my pc which changes db.
now my question is , when I buy the domain,what would I put instead of the localhost in php pages?
and the other question , in php pages , for connection definition I have put the db user and password. would it make any problem? is it safe or not?
and there is one more question
if I get a static Ip for my pc, is it possible to put the php pages in my system (pc)too. and the viewer use my static Ip in his browser?
