Don't know if anybody encountered this but in the sample rnsignup.php.

Near the end off the code there is a section that checks if values have been entered for $user and $pass then displays the message "Not all fields were entered" which works fine.

The next check is whether the username already exists in the rnmembers table and if it does "That username already exists" should be returned; however, this doesn't seem to work. When I try to enter a username that I know already exists I only get the message "Account created" and when I check the table it appears that no duplicate account was created.

The question is why the message "That username already exists" is not displaying?
