Location Of Sample Database For Page 456? Can't find the CREATE and insert statements for the database in ch

The database on page 456 appears to be missing from the downloadable examples and also appears to be missing from the Hands on SQL examples online.

Is the intent here for us to create these ourselves or just to create an example for people to use?
