Missing Stylesheet For Chapter 2 Does anyone have the missing stylesheet my_style.css for Chaper 2?

Hi,
I'm just about to complete Chapter 2, but the O'Reilly Media website where I am supposed to download the stylesheets and images seems to be missing a file - my_style.css.
This means the page is not rendered properly, and that is incredibly annoying! It's like missing one last piece of a jigsaw puzzle.
I'd be enourmously grateful if someone could attach it in a reply (if that's possible) or if O'Reilly Media can sort the issue out.
