My Code Not Working No difference between pre defined code and mine. Still not working

Hello!
I've been coding as said in book and trying to run on my browser with the help of Wamp Server. But my code is not updating while pre defined code's working properly. I examined the code in Winmerge also. What might be the reason for this? Kindly let me know as soon as possible because I'm stuck in second chapter and if solved, I can go with other examples. I'm attaching my HTML doc.
