Html5 Dynamic Painting? Like This:

I'm just starting to explore the capabilities of HTML5 and Canvas and I'm wondering if something like this, which was done in Flash, is at all possible using Canvas?

I know the fluidity of it won't be the same, but is it possible at all?

I m not sure but I don't find any reason why this can't be done in HTML5........
