I am constructing a new website with a developer and we have two models in front of us, one is a bit more like craigslist but easy to navigate and the other looks much better but is a little bit more difficult. So the REAL question is which is more important? looks or functionality?

As of mine point of view looks and functionality both are impotent for any type of [u to create better design. so better is go with both

According to me looks of website matter a lot for visitors, you can choose Presta Templates for your new website to make it stylish.

As per my personal view, design may be signified in the form of a realization of a concept or idea into a configuration, drawing, model or plan and which helps in achieving the item's designated objectives. On the other hand, navigation may be regarded as a science of determining the position, location, distance traveled and course to a known destination.
