I want to start a classified ads site and confused which is best because its a long project

Wordpress Classified ads site

or

Php Classified ads website

I saw few peoples develop realy nice wordpress classified ads theme and laoded with all possible options here an example

Wordpress will probably be more flexible in the long run. There's heaps of updates and the community keeps adding features in the form of plugins to it.
I'd put my money on going with WP for sure.

WordPress is in any case cheaper option. Programming from start would cost much more. And another fact - WordPress is the best CMS in the world currently.
