Help With Folders On Olympus Vn-7000 When I try to record I am limited to a 30 minute folder.

I hope somebody can help me. I purchased the OlympusVN-7000, and although the instructions were pretty much gibberish (at least to me) I set it up to record what I thought was going to be 3 hours. Instead it recorded 30 minutes in what it said was Folder A7. Nothing else recorded. There seem to be several folders under each letter (something like A-D. I don't have the recorder in front of me), except they seem to be self contained. Can anyone explain to me how to record for longer periods of time if I leave the recorder unattended?
