Chapter 2, Page 86, Navigation Difference in appearance

Hi, I have followed all instructions closely up to Chapter 2, page 86 and have a working page almost identical to that displayed in the book. However, there is one stark difference. On page 86, top right comment, you state 'We also brought the navigation over so that our visitors could find their way back to the main Acme site'. So a navigation menu is appearing top right on your version of the page.

There was no mention in the instructions how to do this so it seems now that I have a page different to yours after following your instructions. Why did you do this and more importantly can you offer instruction as to how you did this?

I'd appreciate help on this matter.
