Best Module For Flash Display

I am looking for the best way to display Flash (.swf,.flv) content on a Drupal 7 site. Does anyone have experience with a module that they would recommend?

I read about something like this, maybe it can help:
flash node 5.x-6.0 and 6.x-3.0
But if you have an older version and want to update it, it is recommended to be very careful as the process can break the flash node content.
