What is the difference between VB script and Java script?
Which one is the better tool for client side validation? I am using java script .Can any one suggests which one is the better?

Hi there,

The most obvious difference is that VBScript only works in versions of Internet Explorere whereas Javascript works on every browser which is why VBScript is pretty much obsolete these days. Javscript is your best bet for client-side validation (and any other client-side task) at the moment.

Java Script is the good one for client side validation. Its very nice and easy to use too
