Where is the starter html for the menu that is started in chapter 4. none of the index.html files in the code download appear to be what the book says it should be.
On the note in the book it says that the files for the current menu should be provided. The begin folder has a pretty empty index.html file, the end folder has a completed menu, the traversal file has something in between which appears to be the same as Ch04_exp41.html.
Can someone please tell which file to use so I can follow along with the book?

I just copied the end html and then created my own js file to follow along with the book.

this would be a great instance to make use of the jQuery library.
