Hi, I just got the book and went online to find the errata and examples to go with it. It seems that the file at http://lpmj.net/examples.zip does not include Example 9-9 at all, and is missing some of the corrections mentioned in the errata. E.G., the errata has a correction to Example 20-5 but it is not corrected in the downloadable source.

Thanks.

Thanks for your post.

Example 9-9 is not a runnable example - it is a sequence of commands and their output. Therefore it has been deliberately omitted, as have some others that cannot be run, including Examples 4-5 through 4-10 and 14-4 through 14-7.

Thank you for pointing out about Example 20-5, the latest version hadn't been uploaded for some reason - but it has now.

In fact I re-uploaded all the examples just to ensure that the latest versions are online.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply! I look forward to working my way through your book. smile.gif

P.S. Perhaps in the corrected example 20-5 you could add a comment about it being a corrected version of what is in the book.

Thank you Robin! This book simple for reading, understanding and practice coding. It was too helpful in mu dissertation writing, cause it required working with large databases and scripts!

In essence, these examples and errata are a testament to the tenacity of the developers. It isn't hard to see that the printplace coupon can be instrumental in the o'reilly scheme of events. Most of the time, it works very well.

Its not all about programming its all about setting it in a right way. If you have all bikers accessories like motorcycle gloves , helemt and like many more it never means that you can win any race the right path and Strategies is always require.
