some times the project its like 5, maybe 10 days long, should i use the burn down graph, iterations, the board and velocity for my project?
and what if i have developers in my team that are actually coding 3 projects at the same time, like, today theyre doing one, and the next day theyre doing another project...
what can i do to improve this? is it wrong? should i go first for a project and then the next? should i have a team per project?
can i use one board with 3 projects?
I just want to thank you guy for writing this book, it helped me be a better developer, im more confident now on delivering great software and confident when talking to more experienced devs too, and thanks to this book, now i want to keep researching and studying to be a better professional, now i feel like im not in uncharted territory. cool.gif
i haven't finished the book yet, im on chapter 7
