List Of Android Apps Review Sites list of Android apps review sites

Hi. Of course, the greatest number of application installs is brought by market.android.com, but its structure doesn’t let new applications get into the top. It’s like a circle: the more installs come to market.android.com, the higher the position of the application in the top is and the more installs appear on market.android.com again. And vice versa – if there are few installs, your application is not in the top, therefore no more installs appear.
It turns out that at first you have to make an effort to push your app to the top of market.android.com. But where can you get these first application installs? There are sites with the reviews of android-apps in the network: large and small, free and commercial. As I noticed they give a good start to the applications which get into the top of new applications of market.android.com afterwards. Here is the list of sites that I’ve found:
I apologize for the unsorted list – I still have no idea how to arrange it.
Please share some more sites where you can place your own android-application.

I personally found this post very helpful. The android market (I have 3 apps) can be unpredictable, I have been lucky on one of my apps. The other 2 not so much. The successful app is free. I am investigating the depth of the downloads now.

Great list. I'm going through them, and I suggest a criteria to make your own decisions:
-Alexa rating: If the site has few visitors, the effort to submit may not be worth it. Also check regions that the site is popular in.
-How automatic the results are - forum posts and some of the sites are more mechanical, while others will put you in the queue (but will not review you unless you pay).
-Paid and free options
I discount the lesser-known (or lower traffic) review sites that only have paid offerings - the value just isn't there.
A few others to consider:

Thanks for sharing review sites.
Any idea how I get search volume of any specific application means how many times in month application get search in search enigne. I have tried Google adwords but didn't get accurate data. I am thinking of trying keywordspy or any other paid tool. Actually I want to make Android apps coupon code site. I have seen many sites nowadays offering coupon apps.

You missed out Playboard for Android. It's quite new but I think it's amazing - lists of apps for everyone - must-have, just released apps, hacking, holo, games... The best part is that the community has created its own lists. See it here http://playboard.me/ or download the Android app - https://play.google....ayboard.android

Excellent post, it helps a lot of developers as marketing isn't our best skill. We should start merging other similar posts into this so that we create a bigger list of app submission sites, and after that maybe to make it sticky.

I went in and gathered the list of sites that were posted here and on other sources with android sites(in total 96 sites), which should be helpful to contact for those that want to promote their apps. The doc is available here: https://docs.google....R0E&usp=sharing
