If the critical region means "if p value lands in the critical region then the null hypothesis is rejected".
What would the two tailed test (line look like for )

p=0.9 and alpha = 5% or 0.05

and

p!=0.9 and alpha = 5% or 0.05
?

Using the Snore Cull example:
If you have (Ho:p!=0.9) and alpha =5% according to the book it should look like :

[c1=2.5%][2.5 to 97.5][c2=97.5]


So if p(cured<=11) is 0% we reject Ho:p!=0.9?
Also if p(cured<=11) is 98%we reject Ho:p!=0.9?
