Problem In Access Email From Google Apps Many time I didnt receive mail in my email

Hello Experts,

I am running web development company, eSparkInfo Solution. I have setup our email accounts on Google Apps.

Many time I didn't receive email for few hours and sender get error "recipient email address not available", mean while I am able to send email.

I have setup MX records of google in my hosting control panel.

Does it make any difference If I set MX record in Domain Registration control panel or Hosting control panel?
