Employee Tracker how to track home based employee

hi guys. been dealing with online jobs this few months and workloads are getting heavy so i decided to hire home based employee's,but i have a problem tracking them if they are working on-time or not..your suggestions will be a big help.

I am not sure what kind work you do, but if this is re task based then you can use Rally community edition.

Well, this rolex spam is annoying :S
Anyway:
If you haven't solved the issue, or if someone else needs similar advice, I'd recommend the software I'm using with my employees. It is called My Team Monitor and it does the basic necessary things a monitoring software needs: it logs the times the employee started and finished working, the keystrokes and mouse clicks, and it also takes screenshots every few minutes. The software is free, you only need to register at their website myteammonitor dot com.

fine here is a software that works well to track the employees' day to day activities and their attendance.i recommend you to go for this site www.labortimetracker.com and refer.i hope it serves you better in this issue.
