Html5 Canvas For Mobile Application

our company provide some web applications, which have some online services, basically for schools, ie maths, English lessons, now that developed in flash,so the team head asked , convert that lessons into html5, and also said doing with canvas..
i want to know one thing, how the html5 canvas support for mobile applications(iphone,...)

Canvas apps will usually work on mobile devices, but they'll be very slow. Audio support is also not very good.

I'm currently looking at making a canvas app targeting mobile and web. I did some research on this very idea and found CocoonJS which seems to be growing very quickly and can accelerate an HTML 5 canvas on iOS and Android (and provides native functionality like a better audio subsystem).
