Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to take a minute to let everybody know that Head First PMP, Second Edition will be available on August 4th, 2009. We’ve brought it completely up to date to provide 100% coverage of the new version of the PMP exam. This is the version that you will need to study for the exam that's based on the PMBOK® Guide, 4th Edition.

You can also download the PDF of the new edition.

I am reading a copy of the 1st edition of Head First PMP. Will this edition (as opposed to the 2nd edition) affect my ability to pass the PMP exam?
