Chapter 1 - Doesn't Return Data From Server

When I run the code from chapter 1. I get the following error message [object Error] when I click on a thumbnail (the picture does display, so this is a server error of some kind).

I am not sure what this error means. Can anyone explain that error to me. In addition I would like to know if I need to install anything (i.e. php)? I am running on Windows XP.

ps. The book mentions an appendix I to get help with the server. There is no appendix I.

Hi Friend,
I think you should check your browser properties.There might b javascript debugging has been disabled.As i think issue is releated to javascript.you do not need to install php as is used for server side contents to display.if as u just said u are not able to view images then it means.some issues with javascript.
