I want to made Lichtenstein prints in photoshop. Is it possible to do so in photoshop? If yes so please tell me how to make it?

Also, Deke McClelland, who writes Photoshop books for O'Reilly, recently published a tutorial and video showing how to make Warhol style images from photos. I think his techniques could be useful for what you're doing too.

I suggest that you to read some tutorials first before beginning, then it will be easy for you to work with Lichtenstein prints in Photoshop.
