I've recently got a job with a small but expanding team, that works mainly with Access VBA front end and SQL Server back end projects.
In the past I have studied OO and java but not worked in that field.
the team have a main customer, but are now looking for other work.
They have not needed a methodology as such in the past but are needing to become more organised.
I have looked at this book and it seems just want as a starting point however, my question: is this book and agile methodology just for OO java etc projects or can it be used for non OO as well?
(We could be looking to move to deliver in .NET in the future)
