Head First Ajax or Head Rush Ajax?

I am considering learning AJAX to compliment my PHP/MYSQL site.
What is the difference between the two books? Which one should I purchase? Head First or Head Rush?

Read here.

But I'd say you should at least be familiar with some basic XML and JS before you go into AJAX for real.
