To answer your questions, yes, we make the Head First titles available in India in English through Shroff Publishers, including Head First Statistics. Here's a link to listings for the Head First titles on their web site:

And yes, the book does cover both correlation and basic linear regression in Chapter 15. But advanced bivariate statistical analysis and regression is a bit out of scope for the book, which adheres pretty closely to the material covered in first-year statistics courses and on the AP Statistics exam.
