We're seeing three core use cases among enStratus customers:

* Sales and marketing apps that are time sensitive and often short-lived (around a campaign, for example)
* SaaS startups and even big SaaS companies using the cloud for scaling purposes
* Heavily virtualized organizations that are developing a "hybrid cloud" strategy.

Our organization has been using Cloud computing in production for year, I assume the question is about using any cloud platform not just using Windows Azure.
