Example 17.2

I'm experiencing a problem with example 17.2. I've entered the code, and I'm trying to replicate the error message shown in figure 17-2, but instead I keep getting an error telling me that adduser.php can't be found. Removing the reference to adduser.php in the code does not help either.

I suspect that there is an error in the way onSubmit is used, but I can't find it.

I'm having this problem as well. I tried both removing adduser.php and changing it to validate.htm and it's still not working.

Derp. Never mind. Example 17-3 makes adduser.php.

Yeah, but how do you stop the validation from happening first time the page is displayed? The book says that is a minor tweak but I cannot get it to work ;=((
