Find some Head First PMP errata?

The errata list doesn't print well - can I get a list that will pls? Seeking to read your book and use the list to mk corrections as I go through it.

The process Manage Stakeholder Expectation is part of Executing Process group, but the book says it is part of Monitoring And Controlling Process group.

The formula for TCPI (EAC based) is given as (BAC-EV) / (EAC-AC) in the Cost Management process chapter. but in the solutions for the exercises at the end of the book, the formula is given as (EAC-EV)/(EAC-AC)

Question number 177.
Which of the following is NOT an output of Monitor & Control Project Work?

A) Project management plan updates
B ) Change request status updates
C) Change requests
D) Project document updates

Page 778
The answer in Head First PMP exam is A which incorrect.

The correct answer should be B

As per PMBOK, the outputs from Monitor & Control Project Work ar the followings:
1) Project management plan updates
2) Change Requests
3) Project Document Updates

I am a chemical engineer who does not have any job experiences in chemical engineering just worked as sales engineer and some administration jobs,but I am preparing my self for PMP exam to find better job .
