Getting Sharp Macro Shots With The Mp-E 65Mm

I've got a Canon MP-E 65mm lens and I love it but it's quite painful to setup and I have never taken it out to take photos outside my home.

Do I need a flash even during day light to get good 2,3,4,5X magnification sharp shots?

Recommendations, please

Jpg's In Aperture

I know this is fairly basic but I just jumped from Windows / Lightroom to MAC / Aperturte.. In windows the JPEGS were exposed and easily located. On the MAC I just can't seem to find the individual jpgs. I can see the Aperture Library but just can't seem to locate each photo. Can anyone help me understand how I can find them. AN example was sending an email to someone ( not using macmail) and doing an attach of a JPG. First I have to export the photo to a some location so I can find. If I try and search for it without having exported it, I can't locate it. any advice would be very much appreciated.

Version Names And Workflow Question

Hi

I have 2 questions

1) How do you guys use version names on your photos in Aperture? Do you just leave it like the camera names it or do you empty it or put something else there?

2) Im thinking about organizing my photos in to 1 project per year (2010, 2011 etc) and then just create albums within the project for events. But as I understand it the "default" way is to have one project per "event"? How do you guys organize your photos in Aperture?
