Access Data Inputs On Different Xib's. Options

Hello,
We have an application which sends data to a web service! The data being sent is all on a single XIB file. We have recently added another set of H,M,XIB files and have some information we would like to go with the sent data on the other file. How is this done? How do we retrieve data from say a UITextField on another file within the application. Note: It's on a different tab on the tab bar.
