Aperture 2.1, Previews load and as I adjust images a second preview stacked with the original shows up. Can I turn this off? It is confusing to see 2 previews for every image in the filmstrip.
If I make versions I want to see them but not if I correct the original. |

Go into the Preferences and in the general tab uncheck 'Create new versions when making adjustments'.
Ian P.S. For future reference, you're talking about Versions - Previews are a very specific thing in Aperture and are not what you're seeing in the Browser pane. Previews are rendered out JPEG copies of the Versions, for use in drag-n-drop and in the system-wide media browser. |
