There are two problems, I think, with the code examples.

First, they don't appear to be complete. For instance, I can't find a file that contains the code for example 4-5 (from pp. 141ff.).

Second, the filenames are not helpful. Filenames like "example4_5.py" would be useful, because they would provide a mapping from the book to the file. But without names like this, there is no way -- short of luck and guesswork -- to find a file or files that correspond to a particular example in the book.
