Julia,
I just wanted to tell you that I'm nearly 1/3 of the way through your book and it is really clearing things up for me on how the EF works. Your writing style is definitely pleasing and so far the book does not disappoint. Great Job!!! Where can I download the sample scripts and code for the book. I went to the websites mentioned in the book and can't seem to locate the code samples. coson |

THanks so much Coson. I'm glad you are finding the book helpful.
The downloads are at www.learnentityframework.com/downloads. I had O'Reilly put a direct link to this on their homepage for this book. It's just above the link for these forums. I'm worried that people aren't able to find the downloads. Is there a way we can make it more obvious? If you hadn't said such nice things about the book, I probably wouldn't mention this |

Thanks for the quick response, it turns out there's a connectivity issue on my end somewhere that is not allowing me to connect to the website. After I ran a traceroute to the website, I'm only getting halfway there before I'm sent off to no-man's land.

The back door:
www.thedatafarm.com/learnentityframework/downloads A number of people are having problems with the redirection, so I've finally emailed my host to ask for help with this. NOTE: With the help of my web host, we have fixed the DNS problem that was creating issues for some people trying to get to pages and downloads at www.learnentityframework.com. Hopefully you will no longer need that "back door". |
