Chapter 6, ListMania Insert problem

I new to programming hardcore in C# and I am trying to figure out the deal with the ListMaina program in Chapter 6. I am having trouble figuring out how to add an id_pk so then I don't get a message about nulls in the primary key. Anyone know whats missing in the code by chance.
