I want to made Lichtenstein prints in photoshop. Is it possible to do so in photoshop? If yes so please tell me how to make it?

I found some tutorials that might help you to create a Lichtenstein style image:

Also, Deke McClelland, who writes Photoshop books for O'Reilly, recently published a tutorial and video showing how to make Warhol style images from photos. I think his techniques could be useful for what you're doing too.
