Hi,
I am new to Aperture as of yesterday, and am having a print issue. I cannot get Aperture to print out a file identical to an outputted file from CS4 Photoshop Extended. Allow me to explain, for instance I have a 8.5" x 11" tif file created in Photoshop that I have imported into Aperture. The file contains a smaller image (6" x 8") placed off centre with a white background. The image is placed within the US Letter paper margins. When I print the file in Photoshop (US Letter, Portrait) it comes out perfectly, the image is in the right place on the paper and at the right size. But I cannot seem to duplicate this in Aperture. Aperture seems to add it's own margins and/or reduces the image and the placement of the paper is different. I cannot get Aperture to behave like Photoshop. I've tried a number of paper size combos but cannot seem to solve the issue. Any help is much appreciated. I am printing to an Epson 4880 with the latest drivers and Mac OS. Thanks. Clive |
