Track Time Spent In Open Documents

Does anyone know of a productivity software that would track the length of time any document was open? Say, for instance, I have a CAD file open for x hours on Tuesday, y hours on Wednesday, etc. I'm looking for something that will track, on a daily basis, what files I had open and for how long I had them open! Thanks!
