QUOTE (christine aldous @ Oct 18 2009, 08:58 AM) *
So women don't get bored also. Why not?

Hi Christine,

That is because they are more patient than men. In a typical corporate office, you would see that more often than not it is the male workers who flare up, while women tend to handle the issues at hand as patiently as possible. It is "all in the genes", as they say! In fact, I have seen fewer women with volatile tempers compared to men.

That's on average of course. This will be some men better than women... admittedly not many lol!

Women seen to pay greater attention to detail if there is not too many of them in the same environment for too long, then they start getting catty with each other, ganging up ect.

I personally think women have a little more patience when doing mundane tasks. I know as a man I pay very great attention to detail, but after a while I have to take a break, otherwise my focus is shot.

Thanks for the article - very interesting. tongue.gif

I agree with the admonition expressed by some to seek out the occasional outsourcing. The previous statements provide great information on how you can use outsourcing.

Interesting article, that is for sure. I guess I can't really say from personal experience for hiring men, because I usually also outsource to women, generally because I want them to understand where I am coming from...and I feel women can understand another woman better. But I know of men being great outsources for all types of work also, I just havent done so YET myself smile.gif

Very interesting though....hmmm, makes you think a little. Better quality? Hmm not so sure really.

I fully agree that women are good at lots of things ... cooking, cleaning, ironing, that type of thing!

Interesting article, but not surprising rolleyes.gif . Have you ever seen how efficient women are in simple things just around the house? whereas my husband would spend an hour on just organizing one little corner of the house. Not to fall back on the old cliche, but, seriously, men just work completely different!
